Email marketing for insurtech companies
Lead generation for insurtech companies, and you only pay per lead
Every week we email heads of underwriting, claims directors, COOs at insurers and MGAs and innovation leads at insurance carriers across Europe, from your own address. You pay only for companies that show interest.
Insurers move carefully. A new platform for underwriting or claims usually gets tested inside one team before it touches the rest of the business, and getting into that first pilot is the whole game.
No monthly fee. If nobody replies, you pay nothing.
Who we reach for you
- Heads of underwriting
- Claims directors
- COOs at insurers and MGAs
- Innovation leads at insurance carriers
- Insurance brokers evaluating new tools
What comes out of it: a pilot with an insurer or MGA replacing a manual underwriting or claims process.
Why this works for insurtech companies
The buyers you want are not searching for you. They work with who they know.
A buyer who is actively searching finds you, and every competitor. Heads of underwriting and claims directors mostly are not searching: they buy from a shortlist of suppliers they already know. Getting onto that list is the game.
A short, personal email does that: who you are, what you do and why it matters to them. Whoever needs it now writes back. Whoever does not, knows where to find you later.
The people who decide sit inside large, risk-averse organisations with long procurement cycles and existing vendor relationships. A cold ad rarely survives that filter; a direct email about a specific underwriting or claims problem has a better chance of reaching whoever can actually start a pilot.
What you get
- We find the companies and decision-makers, verify the addresses, and write and send the emails
- You only pay for replies in which a company shows interest
- You see every reply in your own client portal and reject anything that is not a real lead
How it works
- Week 1
Define the audience
We agree which companies you want to reach, in which countries and which roles. We find the addresses to match.
- Week 2
Warm up the domain
A new mailbox cannot send hundreds of emails on day one. We build it up gradually, otherwise your emails end up in spam.
- From week 3
First emails go out
The campaign starts running. The first replies usually come in within a week or two.
- Ongoing
You review
Every interested reply appears in your client portal. Anything that is not a real lead, you reject and do not pay for.
What a deal looks like for InsurTech
- A pilot with an underwriting team replacing a manual, spreadsheet-driven process
- A claims automation trial after a carrier flags how long manual claims handling takes
- An integration project for an MGA that needs a new platform to plug into an insurer's existing systems
Frequently asked questions
Why is insurtech a hard market to reach with ads?
Insurers and MGAs work inside long procurement cycles and existing vendor relationships, and decision-makers rarely respond to a generic advert. A direct email about a specific underwriting or claims problem has a better chance of starting a conversation.
Do you reach insurers, MGAs or both?
Both, depending on who buys your product. We agree the exact mix of insurers, MGAs and brokers with you before the campaign starts.
Isn't this just spam?
No. We only email businesses, never consumers, and only businesses where we can explain why what you sell is relevant to them. The emails are short, personal and about their situation. Anyone who is not interested does not get a second sequence, and unsubscribing takes one reply.
What counts as a lead, and what does not?
A lead is a reply in which a company says it is interested in what you offer: a request for a demo, a price or a call, or a concrete question about working together. A rejection, an automatic reply, the wrong person or a question that goes nowhere does not count. You do not pay for those.
What if I do not think a reply is a real lead?
Then you reject it in your client portal with one click. You have five working days to do so. A rejected reply is not charged.
What does a lead cost?
It depends on who you want to reach. HR directors in one country are quicker to find than purchasing managers at automotive suppliers across Europe, where the right person has to be found at every company. On the call we give you a fixed price per lead in writing, before anything starts. It does not change during the campaign.
