What data we receive from you

When you fill in the contact form, you give us your name, your company name, your email address and, if you like, your phone number, plus anything you write about your situation yourself.

That is all we ask. There are no hidden fields in the form and we do not buy additional data about you from third parties.

What we use it for

To respond to your question and to schedule a meeting. If you become a client, we use the same data to reach you about the work we do for you and to invoice you.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it to show you advertisements.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we keep your enquiry for at most one year, so that we know we have been in touch before.

If you do become a client, we keep what the Dutch Tax Administration requires of us: invoices and the records that go with them, for seven years.

What the site itself keeps track of

This site sets no advertising cookies and does not follow you across other sites.

We do keep track of how many people visit which page, so that we know what works. That happens without building a profile of you.

Your rights

You may ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask us to delete it. Send us an email or call; you will receive an answer within one month.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
