Email marketing for B2B wholesalers

Lead generation for B2B wholesalers, and you only pay per lead

Every week we email purchasing managers, store owners, procurement leads at hospitality groups and facility managers across Europe, on your behalf, from your own address. You pay from €75,- per lead for each company that shows interest. Nothing else.

No monthly fee. If nobody replies, you pay nothing. The exact price per lead is agreed up front and depends on who you want to reach.

Who we reach for you

  • Purchasing managers
  • Store owners
  • Procurement leads at hospitality groups
  • Facility managers
  • Category managers

What comes out of it: a new trade account with repeat orders.

Why this works for B2B wholesalers

The buyers you want are not searching for you. They work with who they know.

A buyer who is actively searching is easy to find, and so is every competitor. Purchasing managers and store owners mostly are not searching: they have a shortlist of suppliers they already know, and that is where the business goes. Getting onto that list is the whole game.

A short, personal email at the right moment does exactly that. Not with a sales pitch, but with who you are, what you do and why it is relevant to them. Anyone who does not need it now at least knows where to find you. Anyone who does, writes back.

What you get

from €75,- per lead

  • We find the companies and the people who decide, verify the addresses, write the emails and send them
  • You only pay for replies in which a company shows interest
  • You see every reply in your own client portal and reject anything that is not a real lead

How it works

  1. Week 1

    Define the audience

We agree which companies you want to reach, in which countries and which roles. We find the addresses to match.

  2. Week 2

    Warm up the domain

A new mailbox cannot send hundreds of emails on day one. We build it up gradually, otherwise your emails end up in spam.

  3. From week 3

    First emails go out

The campaign starts running. The first replies usually come in within a week or two.

  4. Ongoing

    You review

Every interested reply appears in your client portal. Anything that is not a real lead, you reject and do not pay for.

Frequently asked questions

Isn't this just spam?

No. We only email businesses, never consumers, and only businesses where we can explain why what you sell is relevant to them. The emails are short, personal and about their situation. Anyone who is not interested does not get a second sequence, and unsubscribing takes one reply.

What counts as a lead, and what does not?

A lead is a reply in which a company says it is interested in what you offer: a request for a demo, a price or a call, or a concrete question about working together. A rejection, an automatic reply, the wrong person or a question that goes nowhere does not count. You do not pay for those.

What if I do not think a reply is a real lead?

Then you reject it in your client portal with one click. You have five working days to do so. A rejected reply is not charged.

Why does the price per lead say "from"?

Because some audiences take more work than others. A list of HR directors in one country is quicker to build than a list of purchasing managers at automotive suppliers across Europe, where the right person has to be found at every company. The price starts at €75,- per lead and is fixed before the campaign starts; it does not change after that.

Rather call? That works too. You speak to the people who do the work.

  1. You send this form, or simply call.

  3. After the call you get the price per lead in writing. Only then do you decide.

No obligations. You will hear from us within one working day.
